Information Kerala Mission (IKM) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible agencies and organizations for providing API-based verification, attestation, and other authentication services. The primary objective is to enhance the international usability of digital certificates issued through the KSMART platform, ensuring seamless verification for NRIs in countries like Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE. Interested agencies are requested to submit their proposals including PreQualification and Technical bids as per the formats prescribed in the EOI document. The APIs must strictly adhere to the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) guidelines on security and interoperability.
