A state-level help desk is being inaugurated on 5 sept 2011 by the Hon. Minister for Panchayats, Dr. M.K. Muneer at the headquarters of Information Kerala Mission as part of e-governance in Local Government Institutions. This can be used for technical assistance regarding different software applications developed by IKM as well as for clarification of doubts. The website of Information Kerala Mission is also revamped including more details. The LSG institutions of Kerala disburse social security pensions through the software "Sevana Social Security System" developed by IKM. The details regarding the disbursement of pensions as well as the complete details regarding the beneficiaries are available in the website www.welfarepension.lsgkerala.gov.in
The details of the provident fund to the officers of Panchayats for the last ten years from 2001 April, is also available online. Sthapana PF application software is made use for this. www.kpepf.lsgkerala.gov.in the website is modified to carry on every PF accounting related aspects online.
The state-level Help Desk, modified IKM website as well as the web based PF accounting will be inaugurated by Hon. Minister for Panchayats & Social Welfare Dr. M.K. Muneer at the IKM headquarters, on September 5, 2011- at 2pm. The inauguration of Sevana Social Security System website will be done by Hon. Deputy Mayor Sri. R Happy Kumar. Adv. M A Vahid MLA will preside over the occasion.
