Saankhya, cent percent coverage in Kottayam District

Kottayam District Achieved 100% implementation of electronic double entry accounting in real time. Information Kerala Mission deployed Saankhya double entry accrual-based accounting application in all the local bodies (89 Local bodies) of Kottayam District. Through this system, each financial transaction of a local body gets recorded in real time. Saankhya Accounting Process is made transparent by giving the decision makers including elected representatives, employees and common man easy access to the financial information of Local Self Governments.
