Information Kerala Mission (IKM) invites Expressions of Interest from eligible agencies for marketing skill sets for IKM application software and providing consultancy services including software development, customization, training, operations, and maintenance. Interested agencies may submit their proposals as per the terms and conditions in the EoI document. EoI document may be downloaded from the Information Kerala Mission website www.ikm.gov.in.

Quotations are invited from individuals/institutions for producing a video on the features of the K-SMART application developed by the Information Kerala Mission, in connection with the Vision 2031 State-level Seminar to be held at Palakkad on October 13, 2025.

Regarding the EOI invited (29/08/2025) for entrusting accredited agencies to carry out the necessary works for setting up offices for Information Kerala Mission, Suchitwa Mission, and Clean Kerala Company in the "Saubhagya Building" at Attakulangara owned by TRIDA— the Clarifications on the issues raised in the online Pre-bid Meeting held on 19/09/2025 at 11:00 AM, along with the modified EOI accordingly, are hereby issued.

For effective implementation of the projects under Information Kerala Mission, IKM proposes to appoint domain experts on contract basis. In the first phase, experts are required in the following domains:

1. Procurement Expert

2. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Expert

For preparing the DPR and implementing the project as part of setting up the necessary infrastructure for the functioning of the Information Kerala Mission in the Saubhagya building, an EOI was published on the IKM website inviting proposals from accredited agencies. The last date for submitting the EOI is 22/09/2025. Prior to that, it has been decided to convene a Pre-bid meeting on 19/09/2025 at 11.00 AM.

Information Kerala Mission (IKM), an autonomous institution under the Department of Local Self-Government, Government of Kerala, is presently functioning from two separate locations the Public Office and a rented private building named “Inqspace” at Kawadiyar. Around 250 staff members are working across these offices. For ensuring administrative efficiency and smooth coordination of various projects, it has become essential to consolidate the operations of IKM under a single roof.
