Submission Requirements:
Interested parties are requested to submit their expressions of interest, including the following information:

Portfolio: Examples of previous work, particularly video tutorials or similar projects, demonstrating technical and creative capabilities.

Proposed Approach: Description of the approach and methodology for creating the KSMART video tutorials, including any innovative ideas or techniques to enhance user engagement.

Timeline: Estimated timeline for the completion of the project, including key milestones.

Budget: Detailed budget proposal, including a breakdown of costs for each phase of the project.

Key Personnel: Contact information and profiles of key personnel who will be involved in the project.
