Short Quotation for Annual Maintenance Contract of Air Conditioners

ഇൻഫർമേഷൻ കേരള മിഷന്റെ പബ്ലിക്ക് ഓഫീസ് കോംപ്ലക്സിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന ഹെഡ് ഓഫീസിൽ സ്ഥാപിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള വിവിധ കപ്പാസിറ്റികളിലുള്ള 15 സ്പ്ലിറ്റ് എയർ കണ്ടിഷണറുകളുടെ അറ്റകുറ്റപ്പണികൾക്കായുള്ള വാർഷിക പരിപാലന കരാര്‍ (AMC) 27/09/2024 മുതൽ ഒരു വര്‍ഷകാലയളവിലേക്ക് ഏറ്റെടുക്കുവാന്‍ താൽപര്യമുള്ള പൊതുമരാമത്തു വകുപ്പ് ഇലക്ട്രിക്കൽ വിഭാഗത്തിന്റെ അംഗീകാരമുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ / സർവ്വീസ് സെൻററുകളിൽ നിന്നും മത്സര സ്വഭാവമുള്ള കൊട്ടേഷനുകൾ ക്ഷണിക്കുന്നു.

കൊട്ടേഷനിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്ന സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ കംപ്രസ്സർ ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള AMC തുകയും, കംപ്രസ്സർ ഇല്ലാതെയുള്ള AMC തുകയും പ്രത്യേകം സൂചിപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് (Annexure ആയി ചേര്‍ക്കുന്നു). പൊതുമരാമത്തു വകുപ്പ് ഇലക്ട്രിക്കൽ വിഭാഗത്തിന്റെ അംഗീകാരം തെളിയിക്കുന്ന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന്റെ സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ പകർപ്പ് സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. കൊട്ടേഷൻ അടങ്ങിയ കവറിന്റെ പുറത്ത് " Quotation for Annual Maintenance Contract of Air Conditioners" എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം.

വാർഷിക പരിപാലന കരാർ (AMC) സംബന്ധിച്ച നിബന്ധനകൾ ചുവടെ ചേർക്കുന്നു
 

1. The contract shall be for a period of one year with effect from the date of the Agreement.

2. The contractor should execute an agreement in stamp paper worth Rs.200/- for the due fulfilment of the Annual Maintenance Contract.

3. 50% payment can be made after execution of the agreement, 40% payment can be made after 6 months and balance 10% after the AMC period.

4. Preventive maintenance and servicing should cover Indoor unit, Outdoor unit, Filter, Drain Panel, etc.

5. Rust/Oil cleaning from contactors, compressor terminal and fan motor etc.

6. Maintenance shall be provided on-site for the equipment and break down call will be attended within 12 Hrs.

7. Any faulty parts will be repaired replaced with the same brand

8. Periodic maintenance should be on quarterly basis (ie, 4 times in the contract period)

9. The rate is inclusive of GST.
