Sealed quotations are invited from the authorized supplier/vendors/sellers of Laptop (MacBook Air M4) for the supply in the office of Information Kerala Mission Head Quarters at Public Office, Trivandrum.

The envelopes containing the quotation should bear the above superscription, and should be addressed to the Chief Mission Director, Information Kerala Mission, Public Office Complex, Public Office P O. Trivandrum. Intending tenderers may submit the quotations in the above Item Specification and Price Schedule format with Make and Model and their competitive price offering.

Last date for receipt of quotations is 11/04/2025 by 02.00 PM and late quotations will not be accepted. The quotations will be opened at 3:00 PM on 11/04/2025, in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time. The supplier who quoted the lowest price will be selected and the workorder will be issued. Maximum period required for delivery within the 3 Days of the Workorder.

Details of the requirements and the conditions governing their supply can be obtained free on request from the Purchasing Officer of the IKM.

Terms & Conditions

1. Only the authorized dealers/suppliers/Vendors of good quality Laptop shall be eligible to quote.

2. The Laptop shall be covered by a warranty period of 3 years or more.

3. The Quoted Price shall be inclusive of all taxes.

4. The vendor should be supply and install the laptop onsite with in 3 days.

5. Payment shall be generate production of GST bill.
